This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Kyykka Clash mobile game (package name com.bsvur.kyykkaclash) and this website.
1. Who we are

2. Information handled by the game
Kyykka Clash does not require you to create a user account. The game may store gameplay progress, stars, settings, language choices, purchase entitlements, and similar game state locally on your device.
We do not intentionally ask you to submit your name, postal address, phone number, or other profile information to play the game.
3. Advertising
The game may use Google AdMob to show interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Depending on your device, region, settings, consent choices, and applicable law, Google and its partners may process information such as device or app identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions, and diagnostic information for purposes that may include ad delivery, fraud prevention, measurement, security, and personalization where permitted.

4. In-app purchases
Optional purchases are processed through Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details. Google Play may process purchase, account, device, and transaction information under Google's own terms and privacy practices.

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, and technical details. We use this information to respond to support, privacy, or deletion requests and to protect the service from abuse.
6. Website data
This promotional website is designed to function without requiring registration. The website package provided by us does not include third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. Your hosting provider may still process standard server logs, such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information, and security logs, according to its own configuration and policies.
7. Why information may be processed
- to provide and maintain game functionality;
- to save local progress and preferences;
- to deliver optional ads and rewarded advertising features;
- to process and restore eligible Google Play purchases;

8. Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate game features, including Google services used for advertising and Google Play purchases. We do not sell personal data as a business practice.
9. Retention
Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared, overwritten, or the app is removed, subject to Android backup or device features you control. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain security, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Third-party providers apply their own retention rules.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. 11. Children

Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy documentation explains the safeguards and legal bases they apply.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we control. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, legal requirements, or service providers change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version.
